I’m Courtney — a licensed mental health therapist, confidence coach, wife, and mom of four.
For years, I’ve worked with teens and women who look “put together” on the outside but quietly struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, and feeling like they’re constantly shrinking to keep the peace. Over time, I noticed something important: many women don’t need to be fixed — they need help trusting themselves again.
That’s why I created Confidence with Courtney.
My approach blends clinical insight with practical, real-life application. Confidence coaching isn’t about becoming louder or more assertive — it’s about building self-trust, strengthening boundaries, and showing up as yourself without apology.
I believe confidence is built in small, honest moments — the decisions you make, the boundaries you hold, and the way you speak to yourself when no one is watching.
My work is grounded, compassionate, and focused on real change that shows up in everyday life.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me navigating mom life, moving my body, reading, baking, or reminding women (myself included) that confidence doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from believing you’re already enough.
