  • You overthink every decision and call it “being responsible.”

  • You know you’re capable— but don’t always act like it.

  • You shrink in rooms you helped build.

  • You’re high-functioning… and quietly exhausted.

  • You want boundaries without the guilt hangover.

If this sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

the foundation method

The Foundation Method is about getting out of your head and back into self-trust.

We identify what’s actually driving your self-doubt, rebuild confidence through aligned action and boundaries, and create a way of moving through life that holds up when things feel uncomfortable — not just when they’re easy.

The Foundation Method is built around three core phases of confidence:

Identify:

What is driving your self-doubt patterns, beliefs, and habits.

REBUILD:

Self-trust through aligned action, boundaries, and nervous-system awareness.

maintain:

Confidence that holds up in real life—work, relationships, decisions.

Not ready for coaching yet?

Start with my therapist - written confidence journal— a simple, guided way to build self- trust on your own, at your pace.

I created this journal for the women I see every day — the ones who look capable on the outside but quietly second-guess themselves. This is the work I return to again and again, personally and professionally.

— Courtney

Hi, I’m Courtney — therapist by training, coach by calling.

I don’t do fluffy affirmations when what you actually need is clarity, self-trust, and a plan you’ll follow through on.

My work blends psychology, practical action, and values-based confidence so you can move differently in your real life — not just think differently..

About

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. Confidence coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions.

While I’m a licensed therapist by training, this coaching work is focused on self-trust, confidence, boundaries, and real-life decision-making — not clinical treatment.

If you’re seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I’m happy to help guide you toward appropriate care.

  • This is for women who look capable on the outside but second-guess themselves constantly on the inside.

If you’re tired of overthinking, people-pleasing, or shrinking to keep the peace — and you want practical support to start trusting yourself again — you’re in the right place.

You don’t need to be “confident already.” You just need to be ready to stop abandoning yourself.

  • Real life.

Between sessions, you’ll apply what we’ve discussed in small, intentional ways — noticing patterns, practicing boundaries, and making decisions differently.

Some clients use reflection prompts or simple action steps between sessions, but there’s no homework overload. This work is meant to fit into your life, not take it over.

  • If you’re unsure, apply anyway.

I review applications personally and will tell you honestly what I think is the best fit — whether that’s a session, ongoing coaching, the journal, or something else entirely.

    No pressure. Just clarity.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

Some women gain clarity and momentum from a single intensive session. Others choose ongoing coaching to build consistency, accountability, and lasting change over time.

We’ll talk honestly about what level of support makes sense for you — no pressure, no upselling.

  • My coaching is values-based, not faith-specific.

If your faith is important to you, you’re welcome to bring it into our work together. If it’s not, that’s respected too.

This space is inclusive, grounded, and focused on helping you trust yourself and live aligned — whatever that looks like for you.

  • That’s actually the most common place people start.

You don’t come to confidence coaching because you’re confident — you come because you’re ready to stop waiting to feel ready.

We start exactly where you are, and we build from there.
